Customers may be required to create a My Core account to purchase, manage or book classes.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure.

Your account is personal to you and should not be shared with another person.

Classes are subject to availability and must be booked through the booking methods made available by Core Reformer.

A booking is confirmed when it appears as confirmed within your account or you receive confirmation from us.

Class capacity is limited.

We may operate a waiting list for fully booked classes.

Where a product provides a specified number of classes, each eligible booking uses one available class credit.

Credits may originate from memberships, PAYG packs, gift classes, complimentary rewards or other products offered by Core Reformer.

The system may automatically determine which eligible credit is used according to Core Reformer’s current credit-priority rules.

Qualifying paid class purchases may contribute towards Core Rewards.

Gift classes and complimentary/reward classes do not themselves generate additional Core Rewards progress.

Core Reformer may amend the operation of the Rewards programme for future qualifying activity. We will not intentionally remove a reward that has already been validly earned without reasonable cause.

Core Journey recognises classes actually completed or attended with Core Reformer.

Eligible attended classes may contribute towards Journey milestones regardless of the payment source.

Core Journey milestones are recognition achievements and do not have a cash value unless a particular benefit is expressly stated.

Gift classes are issued as a specified number of Core Reformer class credits.

A gift may be claimed using the unique gift code or claim process provided.

Once successfully claimed, the gift becomes associated with the recipient's Core account and cannot normally be transferred to another account.

Each eligible booking deducts one available gift-class credit until the gift balance reaches zero.

Gift classes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Any applicable expiry date or restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Newcomer or introductory offers are available only in accordance with the eligibility conditions stated with the offer.

Where an offer is restricted to one purchase per customer, creating another account or using a different email address does not create additional eligibility.

The price, number of classes, billing frequency, validity period and other material conditions applicable to a membership or class pack will be shown before purchase.

Customers should review these conditions before completing payment.

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy displayed during booking and/or within My Core.

Where a cancellation qualifies for the return of a class credit, the credit should normally be returned to the same credit source from which it was taken.

Late cancellations and non-attendance may result in the class credit being forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to the booking.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Online payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Where recurring billing applies, the billing terms will be shown before the customer enters into the recurring arrangement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information through the Health & Readiness process.

You should tell Core Reformer if relevant information changes.

If you have concerns about whether exercise is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Core Reformer instructors may modify or decline participation where reasonably considered necessary for safe and appropriate class management.

Customers are expected to treat instructors, other customers, equipment and studio facilities respectfully.

Core Reformer may refuse or terminate participation where behaviour creates a safety risk, causes serious disruption or involves abusive or inappropriate conduct.

Occasionally we may need to change an instructor, timetable or class or cancel a class.

Where Core Reformer cancels a booked class, the relevant class credit will normally be returned to the customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

The Core Reformer name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Core Reformer and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published, subject to any rights that already apply to existing purchases or contracts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction.
