Classes

Five ways to move. One size of room.

Every class runs on five reformers with one instructor. Class names and formats are placeholders until the studio's final timetable is confirmed.

Reformer Foundations

Easy

Beginner · 50 min · 5 spaces

The starting point. Every spring, strap and cue explained properly. Nice and relaxed and easy to master.

A slower, technique-led class where the instructor walks you through the machine before you move. Ideal for a first, second or tenth reformer class.

Reformer Flow

Intermediate

All levels · 50 min · 5 spaces

Continuous, musical, full-body. Controlled rather than rushed. Intermediate but not difficult.

Sequenced transitions that keep you moving without losing form. Options are given for every exercise, so the class works whether it is your fifth or fiftieth.

Reformer Strength

Advanced

Improver · 50 min · 5 spaces

Heavier springs, longer holds, deliberate load. Get some strength into that core, look good and be more confident.

Built around progressive resistance and time under tension. Best once you are confident with foot placement, carriage control and breath.

Reformer Sculpt

Advanced

All levels · 45 min · 5 spaces

Precise, high-repetition conditioning for the whole body. Toning, strength and feel more confident in your body.

Small ranges, sharp focus, plenty of correction. Expect to feel muscles you had forgotten about with an instructor close enough to adjust you.

Reformer Stretch

Gentle

All levels · 45 min · 5 spaces

Length, breath and mobility. The reset in your week.

Supported opening for hips, spine and shoulders using the carriage and straps. A good pairing with strength days or long hours at a desk.
