By accessing our website or booking a class at Core Reformer Pilates, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our classes are limited to 6 reformers per session to keep them boutique and personal. A booking is confirmed once payment or a credit has been applied to your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to attend classes unsupervised. If you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before attending and inform your instructor before the class begins.

Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time without charge, and your credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations within 12 hours of the class will result in the loss of that credit.

If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the class start time, your place may be offered to someone on the waitlist and your credit forfeited.

Class packs are non-refundable. Credits are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and will expire after that date. Unused credits cannot be extended except at our discretion. Credits are personal to you and may not be transferred to another person.

Core Rewards is a loyalty programme offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or end the programme, or change its terms, at any time. Reward credits have no cash value.

Gift cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards may be replaced at our discretion if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

We ask all clients to treat our instructors, staff and fellow clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a membership where a person's behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or breaches these terms.

You participate in classes at your own risk. While our instructors take every care to provide safe and effective sessions, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the studio or website, except where caused by our negligence or as otherwise prohibited by law.

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or malicious code, or using the site in a way that disrupts its operation. All content on the site is owned by Core Reformer Pilates or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
