Small by design
Six is
enough.
Most studios fill the room. We fill six reformers, because that is the number an instructor can genuinely teach — not simply supervise.
You are never a body at the back. Your springs get set for you, your form gets corrected in the moment, and by the third visit someone knows which shoulder you are working around.

New to reformer
Never tried
reformer?
Perfect.
Reformer looks like a machine with opinions. It is really just adjustable resistance, and a first class is a slow, guided introduction to it.
- 01
No previous pilates experience required.
- 02
You do not need to be flexible.
- 03
You do not need to be particularly fit.
- 04
Your instructor explains the machine before you move.
- 05
Resistance adapts to you, spring by spring.
- 06
With six people in the room, help is always close.
What changes
It is not about the machine. It is about how you feel by week six.
Less back pain
Deep support work that takes the load off an aching lower back, gradually and safely.
Better posture
The change you notice in photographs, not just in the mirror on the way out.
More mobility
Hips, spine and shoulders that move freely again after years at a desk.
Real strength
Controlled resistance that builds capacity you can feel carrying shopping and children.
More energy
Fifty minutes that leaves you awake rather than wrecked.
Quiet confidence
Knowing what your body can do — and being genuinely surprised by it.
Healthy ageing
Low impact, joint-friendly work that keeps you strong for decades, not weeks.
Less stress
One hour a week where nothing is asked of you except attention.
The classes
Five ways into the same six reformers.
The team
In a room of six, you get to know each other.
Our instructors teach the same faces week after week. They remember your injuries, your springs and how your Tuesdays usually go.

From desk-bound to pain-free
[Client story placeholder] — six months of two classes a week, and a lower back that no longer dictates the weekend.

New here?
Start
with three.
Three introductory reformer classes — enough to meet the instructors, learn the machine and feel the difference a six-person room makes. One class is a try. Three is a fair test.

The studio
A room built for six, not for scale.

Changing space, showers and everything you need on arrival — described here as placeholder detail until the studio's final facilities are confirmed.
